Core Workout 25

3 Round Workout with End of Class Stretching

Each exercise is done for 45 seconds. There is a 45 second rest between each round. Exercises are demonstrated before the workout to help you learn the correct form to keep your body safe.

Exercises:

  • Non-Russian Twist

  • In + Outs with Dumbbell

  • Dead Bug

  • High Plank with Tap Out + Leg Lift

  • High Plank with Dumbbell Pull Through
