Core Workout 14

5 Round Workout with End of Class Stretching

Each exercise is done for 30 seconds. There is a 30 second rest between each round. Exercises are demonstrated before the workout to help you learn the correct form to keep your body safe.

Exercises:

  • Reverse Crunch

  • Alternating Toe Reach Crunch

  • Alternating Leg Extension with Upper Crunch Hold

  • Glute Bridge

  • Bear Hold
