Core Workout 8

3 Round Workout with End of Class Stretching

Each exercise is done for 45 seconds. There is a 45 second rest between each round. Exercises are demonstrated before the workout to help you learn the correct form to keep your body safe.

Exercises:

  • Knee to Elbow Crunch Left

  • Knee to Elbow Crunch Right

  • Overhead Dumbbell Hold + March

  • Side to Side Bend

  • Trunk Twists
