Core Workout 32

3 Round Workout with End of Class Stretching

Each exercise is done for 45 seconds. There is a 45 second rest between each round. Exercises are demonstrated before the workout to help you learn the correct form to keep your body safe.

Exercises:

  • Alternating Vertical Toe Tap

  • Alternating Laying Side Toe Taps

  • Opposite Toe Reach Crunch

  • Bear Hold Tap Outs

  • High Plank
