3 Round Workout with End of Class Stretching

Each exercise is done for 45 seconds. There is a 45 second rest between each round. Exercises are demonstrated before the workout to help you learn the correct form to keep your body safe.

  • Russian Twist with a Kick

  • Side Laying Leg Lift Crunch—Right

  • Side Laying Leg Lift Crunch—Left

  • Prison Hold Superman Lift
