Core Workout 20

3 Round Workout with End of Class Stretching

Each exercise is done for 45 seconds. There is a 45 second rest between each round. Exercises are demonstrated before the workout to help you learn the correct form to keep your body safe.

Exercises:

  • Kneeling Side Bend with Trunk Twist

  • Upper Crunch Hold with Figure 4 Leg Lower—Right

  • Upper Crunch Hold with Figure 4 Leg Lower—Left

  • Prone Lift with Heel Taps

  • Plank
