NE Cardio Workout 45

5 Round Workout with End of Class Stretching

Each exercise is done for 40 seconds. There is a 20 second rest between each exercise with no additional rest between rounds. Exercises are demonstrated before the workout to help you learn the correct form to keep your body safe.

Exercises:

  • Seal Jacks

  • Up + Back March

  • Squat with Kick

  • In + Out Jog

  • Twist + Shout
