Core Workout 50

5 Round Workout with End of Class Stretching

Each exercise is done for 30 seconds. There is a 30 second rest between each round. Exercises are demonstrated before the workout to help you learn the correct form to keep your body safe.

Exercises:

  • Straddle Crunch

  • Laying Alternating Knee Drive with Upper Body Hold

  • Sitting Bicycle Crunch

  • Beginner Side Bend—Left

  • Beginner Side Bend—Right
