Resistance Workout 4

3 Round Workout with End of Class Stretching

Each exercise is done for 45 seconds. There is a 45 second rest between each round. Exercises are demonstrated before the workout to help you learn the correct form to keep your body safe.

Exercises:

  • Squat to Press

  • Rainbow Curl

  • L Raise

  • Single Arm Row Left

  • Single Arm Row Right
