Resistance Workout 10

4 Round Workout with End of Class Stretching

Each exercise is done for 45 seconds. There is a 45 second rest between each round. Exercises are demonstrated before the workout to help you learn the correct form to keep your body safe.

Exercises:

  • Lateral Lunge Left

  • Lateral Lunge Right

  • Hammer Curl

  • Front to Lateral Raise

  • Bent Over Row
