5 Round Workout with End of Class Stretching

Each exercise is done for 45 seconds. There is a 45 second rest between each round. Exercises are demonstrated before the workout to help you learn the correct form to keep your body safe.

Exercises:

  • Lateral Lunge with Upright Row Right

  • Lateral Lunge with Upright Row Left

  • Reverse Grip Curl

  • Reverse Fly

  • Tricep Dip
