NE Cardio Workout 31

4 Round Workout with End of Class Stretching

Each exercise is done for 45 seconds. There is a 15 second rest between each exercise with no additional rest between rounds. Exercises are demonstrated before the workout to help you learn the correct form to keep your body safe.

Exercises:

  • Squatted Punch with Alternating Knee Lift

  • Mini Ice Skaters with Tricep Kickbacks

  • Grapevine with Hop + Bicep Juggle

  • Exploding Star Jacks

  • Prisoner Pogo Jumps In + Out
