NE Cardio Workout 29

3 Round Workout with End of Class Stretching

Each exercise is done for 30 seconds. There is a 20 second rest between each exercise with no additional rest between rounds. Exercises are demonstrated before the workout to help you learn the correct form to keep your body safe.

Exercises:

  • Overhead Jack to Jumping Jack

  • Squat Jack to Squat Walk

  • Side to Side Punches

  • Scissor Punch Jacks

  • Front Push Butt Kicks
