The Self-Guided Program provides you with both of my Exercise + Nutritional eBooks that have my 5-Step process for incorporating exercise and nutritional healthy habits into this season of your life, access to over 50 guided workouts, weekly workout schedule suggestions, bonus material, and the ability to go at your own pace. The Signature Program provides you with all of the benefits of the Self-Guided Program plus you get a weekly Live Healthy Habit Classes with Jamie in our exclusive, private Facebook group.

For the Basic and Self-Guided Program, nope! The Self-Guided 8-Week Program is designed to start on a Monday; however, you can begin it on any day that works best for you. The goal is to start!
For the Signature Course, Yes! Because this course has weekly live sessions, there is a specific start date. Our first 8-Week Course starts January 12th and next one won’t start until Spring 2026.
