I’M JAMIE TOUCHBERRY.
Coach. Trainer. Healthy-habit realist.
I believe your body is good, and taking care of it shouldn’t require your life to revolve around exercise, nutrition, or another perfect plan.
I help people understand what matters, build healthy habits that fit the life they’re actually living, and learn how to adjust those habits as their seasons change.
Because the goal isn’t to need a coach forever. It’s to become confident taking care of your good body for life.
I love exercise. I’ve trained for big endurance goals, followed structured plans, and had seasons when fitness took up a lot of space in my life.
But I’ve also lived plenty of seasons when that simply wasn’t realistic.
Work gets busy. Family needs you. Schedules change. Travel happens. Your energy is different. Sometimes the workout you planned isn’t the workout that fits the day you actually have.
And I don’t believe that means you failed.
Over time, I realized the most useful healthy-habit plan isn’t the one that looks perfect on paper.
It’s the one you know how to adjust and keep living.
That’s what I want to teach you.
Not how to follow my perfect plan, but how to understand exercise, nutrition, consistency, and your own life well enough to build healthy habits that can change when your life does.
WHY I COACH THIS WAY.
I KNOW WHAT IT’S LIKE WHEN LIFE CHANGES THE PLAN.
your healthy habits should support your life—not take it over.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME
Coaching that helps you become more confident—not more dependent.
Education, not just instructions. I want you to understand the why behind what you’re doing.
A realistic plan. We work with the time, energy, responsibilities, and season you actually have.
Grace + adjustment. A changed week doesn’t mean you failed or have to start over.
Independence. My goal is to help you build, monitor, and adjust your own healthy habits over time.
EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE APPROACH
My formal training spans exercise, nutrition, running, and coaching—but my approach has also been shaped by years of actually living this.
I’ve trained for endurance events and big goals. I’ve experienced seasons when exercise had plenty of room—and seasons when family, work, travel, and life required me to adjust.
I’ve coached people with different goals, fitness levels, schedules, and starting points. And I’ve learned that the most useful plan isn’t always the most impressive one.
It’s the one you can understand, use, adjust, and keep living with.
Education matters. So does real-life experience.

a little more about jamie
Because there’s a real life behind the healthy habits, too.
I’m a wife, mom, coach, and longtime endurance athlete who genuinely enjoys moving my body—but I also know that life doesn’t always leave room for the workout, meal prep, sleep schedule, or routine you had planned.
I’ve trained for marathons and Ironmans. I’ve also had seasons when my workouts were shorter, my goals changed, family needed more of me, travel disrupted my routine, or the healthiest choice was simply doing what I could that day.
And I think all of those seasons count.
I love helping people discover that taking care of their body doesn’t have to mean turning health and fitness into another full-time job. You can pursue big goals when the season allows it. You can scale back when life asks you to. And you can keep taking care of yourself through both.
That’s the kind of healthy-habit journey I want to help you build—one that belongs in your actual life.
A FEW THINGS YOU’LL HEAR ME TALK ABOUT: running, strength training, coffee, travel, learning to adjust when life changes, and giving yourself a whole lot more grace than the fitness industry sometimes tells you to.
